DO YOU OFFER DROPSHIPPING?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any dropshipping services at this time. But should things change, all updates will be sent via our weekly newsletter so please subscribe to stay tuned & up to date on all news.

DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any samples at this time. However, we do not have a minimum for any orders, so you can just buy one pack to test out our quality and styles. Please note, you get 10% off your first order using code CEFIANNEW10. Also! On special occasions, we have our $5 sales, so definitely stay tuned for them by subscribing to our mailing list! ❤

DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE LABELING?

Yes & no. We offer private labeling on all special orders of 100pcs or more. Please note all special orders are customized manufacturing orders that will take 3-4 weeks depending on the design and customizations. For more information, please look under the “SPECIAL ORDERS/LARGE ORDERS” ” question.

If you do not want to place a special order, that’s not a problem. All our prepackaged styles come with our back labels. We allow all our customers to remove our back labels from our garments and do private labeling on their own. However, please note that once our labels are removed, all garments become ineligible for any damage claims, returns or exchanges.

I LOVE YOUR STYLES! DO YOU OFFER PLUS SIZES?

Our standard pack ratio is S-M-L. So all our prepacks come in those sizes.

BUT! We offer extended sizes ranging from XS-3XL on all special orders of 100pcs or more. For more information, please look under the “SPECIAL ORDERS/LARGE ORDERS” question.

SPECIAL ORDERS/LARGE ORDERS

Need more than a few packs? Plus size? Private labeling?! Not a problem. You can place a special order with us.

All special orders are customizable manufacturing orders. As the client, you have the power to choose what you want, how you want it.

 

SPECIAL ORDER OPTIONS:

  • Choice of color
    • We can send you a color chart of the available fabrics for you to choose from

    • All labels need to be provided to us by the client

    • Unless otherwise stated, our plus size measurements will correspond with those used by Fashion Nova

IMPORTANT! Please note the below before placing a special order with us.

The MOQ for all special orders is 100pcs per color per style. As special orders are manufacturing orders, the turnaround time can take anywhere from 3-4 weeks depending on fabric availability, final confirmations, etc. Please note, a nonrefundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation. 

CAN I USE YOUR PHOTOS?

Of course! Upon completing your order, please email us at info@cefian.co with your invoice number and we will send you the photos of the styles in your order.

Also, if you take your own photos, comment & tag us on instagram (@cefianfashion) to get a special discount. Make sure to email us your post & contact info and we’ll send you your one time use discount code.

WHY IS MY ORDER STILL ON HOLD?

Don’t worry! Your order is still processing. Our system automatically places all orders on hold upon checkout. We process all orders received before 3pm on the day of, so rest assured, we’re already working on it.

Once your order is all packed and ready to go & we have your shipping costs, your order will be changed to processing.

HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS OUT?

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

We know you want your orders FAST, so we make sure to process all orders received by 3pm PST on the day of. Delays will incur depending on stock availability, payment issues, pending confirmations, etc.

For all expedited shipments (UPS 3rd Day, UPS 2nD Day Air, UPS Next Day), all orders MUST BE placed before 10am PST to ensure on time delivery. The UPS drop off cut off time is 2pm PST, so if we receive an order after 2pm, your delivery will be delayed by an additional business day.

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST?

The shipping rate depends on your order’s final weight and dimensions. In addition, other factors such as whether the address is a residential or business address will affect your final charge.

CAN I USE MY OWN SHIPPING LABEL?

If you want to use your own shipping label or your own UPS account for your order, you can. Just leave us a note upon check out, and we will email you your order’s dimensions & weight once it is completed.

Please note, pick ups need to be scheduled for all non UPS shipments. In addition, all packages shipped via a client’s shipping label, do not fall under our UPS insurance, and will be the client’s full responsiblity.

STOCK AVAILABILITY: IS THIS AVAILABLE?

We update our selection daily, and keep our stock up to date. However, due to human error, there may be some styles/colors that are missing, sold out. In such cases, we will always make sure to reach out or leave a note and let you know. We appreciate your understanding!

I'M AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT. DO I STILL NEED A BUSINESS LICENSE/PERMIT?

If you are an international client, and you do not have a business license/permit, please make sure to submit your corresponding country’s document that can verify your business/reseller’s status.

I'M ABOUT TO LAUNCH A NEW BUSINESS AND I DON'T HAVE MY PERMIT YET. CAN I STILL REGISTER?

First off, congratulations boss babe! This is a huge new step in your career, and we are THRILLED to know you’ve chosen us to be a part of your new boutique/shop! ❤

Unfortunately, we still need to verify your reseller status. Below are some other documents you can supply if you do not have a business license/permit:

-If you have an Instagram/Facebook shop or an online boutique, please make sure to include a screenshot of your Instagram/website, as well as a link to it.

-If you have applied for your business license/permit but it is still pending, please include an attachment of your application.
